1. Free Trial
We offer a 10-day free trial for our platform. During this trial period, you have full access to our services and features. Please note that the free trial is available only once per user. After the trial period ends, you will be required to choose and subscribe to one of our paid plans to continue using our services.
2. Payment and Refunds
Aries Leads operates on a no-refund policy. Once you have purchased any of our monthly or yearly plans, the payment is non-refundable in any circumstances. We do not provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with our services, cancellation of subscription, or unused portions of the subscription.
3. Stolen Cards and Bank Disputes
Aries Leads is not responsible for any issues related to stolen credit cards, unauthorized transactions, or bank disputes that may arise during or after the payment process. If you encounter any such issues, we recommend contacting your bank or credit card provider immediately to resolve the matter.
4. Payment Gateway
We use Stripe/Stripe, Inc. as our payment gateway to process transactions securely. By using our services and making payments through Aries Leads, you agree to abide by Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.
5. Subscription Cancellation
Once you have purchased any of our monthly or yearly plans, you are solely responsible for canceling your subscription if you no longer wish to continue using our services. Failure to cancel your subscription will result in automatic renewal, and you will be charged accordingly. Instructions on how to cancel your subscription can be found on our website or by contacting our customer support team.
